We sadly can’t fit dedicated pedicure chairs due to the age of the building and drainage constraints. We will always strive to make clients as comfortable as possible when providing pedicures in this manner.

Generally, our waxing treatments are provided using strip wax and paper strips. We also provide a selection of intimate waxing options using hot wax which is more comfortable than strip wax for delicate areas.
General guidance for before all waxing treatments:
Do not shave for one to two weeks before your wax
Do not get a sunbed or natural tan in the week before your wax
Wear loose comfortable clothing
Do not exfoliate heavily before your wax
Some pain is to be expected, consider taking ibuprofen to help manage your pain
General guidance after all waxing treatments:
Wear loose fitting clothing
Avoid sun/sunbeds for at least 24 hours
Avoid hot baths/showers for at least 24 hours
Avoid swimming for at least 24 hours
Avoid exfoliation of waxed area for the next 7 days
Avoid make up application over waxed area for at least 24 hours
Avoid perfumed products for at least 24 hours
Consider using a tea tree based afterwax product at home to soothe the skin
Redness, tenderness and slight swelling can occur, treat with Aloe Vera Gel & cool compress ONLY
Waxing can cause skin irritation or damage the epidermal layer of your skin on rare occasions, if you have a post wax reaction such as this it can be treated with Aloe Vera Gel and will heal in a few days but please do contact the salon so that we may advise correctly.
If you have never had a wax before we recommend you aim to start a cycle of repeat waxing to control hair growth, this approach means your subsequent sessions are less painful and can take less time. Cycles of waxing sessions lead to a reduction in hair growth and thickness over a longer period of time too.

Our spray tans are provided in a dedicated spray tan room where clients are asked to remove their clothing including bra.
We provide disposable knickers and a hair net for every client having a tan. During the process your therapist will ask you to manoeuvre yourself in order for them to apply the tan evenly then allow you time to dry yourself with the tanning machine before getting redressed.
The tan we use is LA Tan, a brand we have worked with for almost 20 years as we have found it delivers consistent and reliable tanning results.
It takes between 6 to 8 hours for a tan to fully develop after which it should be washed off in the shower. You can leave it on overnight but it won’t develop much further beyond the 8-hour mark.
General guidance for before & after all tanning treatments:
Exfoliate in the shower on the day of your tan
Keep your skin free of any body lotions
Do not wear deodorant or perfume
Jewellery and makeup must be removed beforehand
Wear loose dark clothing
No contact with water for at least 4 hours post tan
Note that tans don’t always settle well on pregnant clients so we don’t advise it

Our Tinting services are provided in a private treatment room on a treatment bed. They require a patch test at least 48 hours before for new clients or clients who have not had the relevant treatment in the last 6 months.
The Tinting process allows for clients to select a colour match for their complexion and hair colour, the brows/lashes are cleansed before being treated with peroxide-based dye which is left on the hairs for a flexible amount of time. The longer the dye is applied the darker the effect.
Tint will colour both your hair and skin, the effects will last on the skin for a couple of days and approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the hair. This varies from client to client.
General guidance for all tinting treatments:
Make sure you are patch tested
Don’t self/spray tan before or immediately afterwards
Try avoid overapplying moisturiser to the treatment area on the day

IPL refers to Intense Pulsed Light which is a form of laser that when applied can permanently stop hair growth as well as treat a myriad of common skin concerns. The treatments are performed in a private treatment room on a treatment bed.
Following consultation and a successful patch test a client may commence with treatment. During treatment both client and therapist are required to wear eye protection to prevent eye damage from the IPL machine. An ultrasonic gel is used as both a cooling agent as well as a conductive substance for the emitted light as the IPL head is applied to the skin. Clients may feel a short nicking sensation as the IPL machine emits light and the skin can be red and warmed during treatment but generally the treatment is pain free.
A consultation with patch test is imperative and are the place to start when considering IPL treatments.
The information on IPL is far more detailed than other services so we kindly direct clients to look at the dedicated webpage for it to find out the full information. Avoid booking alongside:
