Finally the wait is over!
Bet before we get on to that we have to announce the following:
We have been advised by our suppliers that all clients need to be patch tested at least 48 hours before any appointment goes ahead. This unfortunately includes those clients who have had treatments that require patch tests in the past too. The below treatments are the ones which require a new patch test:
MDA & IPL
IPL Hair or Skin
How we're dealing with this:
If you have an appointment on Monday 12th or Tuesday 13th that is for or includes any of the above treatments, they will have to be re-arranged. You can still attend for the other parts of your appointment (if you have anything else booked in) as normal and in those cases we can do the patch test as part of your other treatment(s).
If your appointment is on the above dates and it is only for one of the treatments above we need to re-arrange it and request that you attend the salon for a patch test at least 48 hours before your new date.
For appointments that include any of the above listed treatments and that are booked inl after 13th April we are requesting that clients visit the salon at least 48 hours before their appointment in order to be patch tested in time for their appointment.
We are working to contact those of you who this affects as quickly as possible in order for us to proceed with providing you all with safe treatments with as little delay as possible :)
PHEW! OK so following the government announcement we can confirm that we will be opening our doors again on Monday 12th April at 9am – hooray!
We’ll now get to work booking you all in so please bear with us and we’ll do it as quickly as possible. If you had an appointment booked in during lockdown or have contacted us to request a booking there’s no need to get in touch as we will contact you to get you booked in.
If you haven’t yet contacted us to make a booking you can do so by calling, email or messaging on social media.
We’ll be continuing to implement track & trace, mask wearing and social distancing so in order to keep the salon safe we would appreciate your full support in these areas when you visit for an appointment.
Any vouchers will be extended to cover the lost time due to lockdown.
