In light of the Covid-19 crisis we are currently closed but hope to re-open on Saturday 4th July, however this date has been set by the government and could change.
We've put together the following FAQ to help answer your queries but please get in touch with anything we have missed:
Can I book an appointment?
Yes! We're taking bookings for the 4th July onwards but we'll need to re-arrange them if we are forced to stay closed any longer. Please email us to make a booking.
Do I need to cancel my appointment?
No, we're currently cancelling each week's upcoming appointments on a sunday just in case we're able to re-open earlier.
Can I buy products from you?
We sadly can't supply you directly but our main supplier Espa are still taking orders and if you click through to them using this link it supports Mirror Mirror so we'd really appreciate you using it if you did want to buy any products :)
Can I buy a voucher?
Yes,we have set up a voucher postal system here.
Will my course/voucher still be valid?
Yes, all courses and vouchers will be extended so that they can be used when we re-open.
How can I get in touch with you?
We're still keeping in touch with clients by email and our social media channels so feel free to ask us anything :)
Yes! We're working on some fun things like our re-opening party, beauty tips, giveaways and hilarious social media posts so keep an eye out for them :)
