We're delighted to be back again after what has felt like an eternity for us all.
As always we are taking client and staff safety very seriously so please familiarise yourself with
our salon operating policy below in preparation for your visit:
Patch Testing - Important Notice
The following treatments now require a patch test at least 48 hours before an appointment,
even if you have had the treatment with us before lockdown:
Any IPL Laser treatment (inc. Microdermabrasion & IPL)
In order to protect everyone & for peace of mind we politely request that all clients be aware of and follow our salon safety procedures:
All clients should attend appointments wearing a face mask.
On entry, exit & during your visit please sanitise your hands using one of our santisers.
Please use either our track & trace QR code or fill in our track & trace record.
Please arrive within a couple of minutes of your appointment time
We request that clients attend appointments alone where possible.
If your therapist is ready you will be taken straight into a treatment room;
if not please take a seat in one of the designated chairs.
After appointments we sadly can’t offer a period of relaxation or waiting space so
we would be appreciative if you could settle your bill and make your way home as soon as is convenient.
Our toilets will be accessible but must be cleaned before & after use – there will be cleaning equipment in the toilet.
During evenings and Saturday hours you may have to use the intercom
to gain entry to the salon, there is a buzzer to the left of the door.
All our staff will be wearing the necessary PPE in the salon.
More regular cleaning & santising will be taking place around the salon.
Treatment bookings can be made over the phone, by email, social media or using our onlne booking service. We ask that, where possible, you avoid visiting the salon to book and appointment to reduce the amount of visitors we have each day. Based on the current regulations we are able to offer our full range of treatments & services.
All vouchers affected by the lockdown will be extended by the period for which we were closed which was 3.5 months.
